Dialysis Rides You Can Set Your Clock By
Standing schedules for Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday treatments, with the same driver at the same time every session.
Serving San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange & LA Counties from Chino Hills · 24/7 with advance booking
Dialysis only works when you never miss a session, and getting there three times a week is the hardest part for many families. InstaCare Trans runs recurring dialysis transportation from Chino Hills across the Inland Empire, serving DaVita, Fresenius, and hospital-based dialysis centers in Chino, Pomona, Ontario, and nearby cities. Set up a standing schedule once and your rides are locked in for every treatment day.
We know how dialysis days go: patients are often tired and weak after treatment, pickup times shift, and a missed ride can mean a missed session. Our driver waits for your treatment to finish, helps from the chair to the van, and gets your loved one home safely, door through door, not dropped at the curb.
Because you book directly with us, there's no broker call center, no shared van making four other stops, and no ride that simply never shows. One family, one van, one dependable schedule.
Every ride includes
- Standing weekly schedules (MWF or TTS) with priority booking
- Wheelchair van or walker-assisted rides, whatever the day requires
- Driver coordinates pickup with the dialysis center's schedule
- Post-treatment patience, we don't rush weak or dizzy riders
- Door-through-door help at both home and clinic
- One caregiver rides free

Dialysis rides: common questions
Can you match my dialysis schedule every week?
Yes. Standing schedules are our specialty. We reserve your treatment days and times week after week, with the same driver whenever possible.
What if my treatment runs long?
We coordinate with the center and adjust. Wait time is billed per our published rates, but we never leave a patient stranded because treatment ran over.
Do you take Medi-Cal or insurance for dialysis rides?
Today we're a direct-booking (private-pay) service, which is why our rides are dependable. Health-plan coverage is coming soon.
