InstaCare Trans is a senior transportation service based in Chino Hills, built for families whose parents can no longer drive and who deserve better than being loaded into a stranger's sedan. We serve seniors across Chino, Pomona, Ontario, and the greater Inland Empire with a lift-equipped van, a patient driver, and door-through-door help on every ride, whether your parent walks, uses a walker, or uses a wheelchair.
Book us for doctor and dental appointments, physical therapy, lab work, salon visits, church, shopping, or a granddaughter's graduation. We drive on your schedule and wait when the appointment runs long, so there's never a scramble for the ride home.
You book directly with a local business, so it's the same van and the same standards every time. Adult children out of state use us as their eyes on the ground: we call when we've picked up, and we call when Mom is safely home.

What it costs, published not hidden
Senior rides use the same transparent rates as all our trips, from $75 + $4.50/mile with every fee published. Round trips with waiting are quoted upfront on one call.

Senior rides: common questions
My mother walks with a walker. Do you handle that?
Every day. The driver helps her from the door, stows the walker, and has it ready at the destination. The van fits walkers, canes, and wheelchairs.
Can you wait during a doctor's appointment?
Yes. We schedule round trips with waiting so the return ride is already there. Wait time is billed per our published rates, with the first 15 minutes free.
I live out of state. How do I know she's safe?
We call or text you at pickup and again at safe drop-off, every single ride. Many of our bookings come from adult children in other states.
