How much does a wheelchair ride cost?
Wheelchair transportation is $75 base plus $4.50 per mile, one way. A typical 10-mile trip runs about $120. Round trips, wait time, and every surcharge are published on our rates page, so you know the full price before you book.
Do you take Medi-Cal, Medicare, or insurance?
Today we're a direct-booking (private-pay) service. You book with us and pay us directly. There are no authorizations and no brokers, which is why our rides are quick to arrange. Health-plan coverage is coming soon.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Chino Hills and serve Chino, Pomona, Ontario, and the surrounding Inland Empire daily, with trips throughout San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and LA Counties. If your trip starts or ends near Chino Hills, we can almost certainly take it.
How far in advance do I need to book?
A day or two ahead guarantees your time slot. Same-day rides, including hospital discharges, are often possible. Call (909) 662-5111 and we'll give you an honest answer in one call.
What does door-through-door mean?
Our driver comes inside the door, helps with thresholds, ramps, coats and walkers, secures your loved one in the van, and walks them all the way into their destination. Curb-to-curb services drop riders at the sidewalk; we never do.
Does the rider need their own wheelchair?
Most riders use their own wheelchair, which we secure with a four-point tie-down. If you don't have one, mention it when you book. We can bring a transport chair.
Can a family member or caregiver ride along?
Yes. One companion rides free on every trip. Tell us when you book so we plan seating.
Are evenings and weekends available?
Yes. We run 24/7 with advance booking. Evening, weekend and holiday trips carry a $50 surcharge, listed plainly on our rates page.
