A hospital discharge rarely happens on a convenient schedule. InstaCare Trans provides discharge transportation from hospitals across the Inland Empire, including Chino Valley Medical Center, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente Ontario, San Antonio Regional, and Montclair Hospital, home to Chino Hills, Chino, Pomona, Ontario, and surrounding cities. Because we're private-pay, there's no insurance authorization to wait on: the family calls, we come.
Our driver meets the patient and nursing staff at discharge, assists with the transfer into the van, and helps them all the way inside their home, up the walkway, through the door, settled. For riders who can't walk far, we bring the wheelchair to the hospital room's floor and handle the rest.

Discharge rides are priced from our standard published rates: $75 base + $4.50/mile for wheelchair transport. After-hours pickups (7pm–7am) add $50. Call for a firm quote in two minutes.

Can you take my parent to a rehab facility instead of home?
Yes. Hospital-to-facility transfers (rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living) work exactly like a ride home.
